Quant is a social platform for discussing stocks, tracking market news, and sharing investment ideas with other users. We provide tools to follow market movements, see what politicians and executives are trading, and engage with a community of investors.

Important: Quant is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service. We don't manage money, execute trades, or provide personalized investment advice. The content on Quant—including posts, price targets, sentiment polls, and trading data—is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing on Quant should be considered investment advice. User posts, predictions, leaderboards, and any other content are opinions and should not be relied upon for making financial decisions. Stock prices can go down as well as up, and you could lose money.

Before making any investment, do your own research or consult with a qualified financial advisor. Past performance of any user, stock, or strategy discussed on Quant does not guarantee future results.

We display data from third-party sources (including congressional trading records, SEC filings, and market data providers). While we try to keep this information accurate, we can't guarantee it's complete or error-free. Always verify important information through official sources.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login credentials with anyone. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, let us know immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Quant. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms our community.

Quant works because of its community. To keep it useful for everyone, please:

• Be respectful to other users, even when you disagree
• Don't post spam, scams, or misleading content
• Don't manipulate or artificially inflate engagement
• Don't impersonate other people or organizations
• Don't post illegal content or encourage illegal activity
• Don't harass, threaten, or bully other users

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines. Repeated violations will result in permanent bans.

When you post on Quant, you keep ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your posts within the app and for marketing purposes.

You're responsible for what you post. Don't share content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights, contains private information about others without consent, or violates any laws.

We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Quant, you consent to this collection and use.

We take security seriously, but no system is perfect. We can't guarantee that your data will never be compromised. Please don't share sensitive financial information (like account numbers or passwords) through Quant.

Quant integrates with third-party services for market data, news, and other features. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

Links to external websites or articles are provided for convenience. We don't endorse or control the content on those sites.

We'll do our best to keep Quant running smoothly, but we can't promise 100% uptime. The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify features, pricing, or these terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Quant is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the app will meet your expectations, be error-free, or that any information will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quant and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes (but isn't limited to) financial losses from investment decisions made based on content viewed on Quant.
